Christina Kirchmayr founded Visenza LLC to bring three decades of practical experience in performance, decision-making and leadership presence to founders and executives.
She holds academic degrees in Nutrition Science, Psychology and Sports Science (Mag., Austria), together with advanced training in clinical psycho-neuro-immunology and systemic constellation work. Since 2000, she has run her own advisory and training practice, working as a lecturer for institutions including WIFI Tirol, the Austrian Sports Academy (BAFL) and Sportunion Austria.
Since 2014, she has also co-managed Kirchmayr Planung GmbH, a hotel development and planning company based in Austria. Visenza LLC is her current venture, focused on leadership advisory, structured assessment and executive development.
